“cichetti” is the venetian term for the small dishes of hot and cold local specialties offered in wine bars, similar to “tapas” – select one as an appetizer or choose multiple little dishes to share, or enjoy as a main course.

gamberi al diavolo $8 – shrimp marinated in homemade harissa (hot pepper sauce) and sautéed with garlic and olive oil, finished with butter and lemon and served with “slow dough” crusty baguette
cape sante alla griglia $8 – diver scallop wrapped in prosciutto, grilled, & served over swiss chard polenta with mushroom & white wine sauce
radicchio ripieno alla griglia $7 – grilled radicchio leaves stuffed with mozzarella, roasted sweet pepper, and prosciutto, drizzled with a touch of balsamic vinegar
polpettine d’agnello piccante con lenticchie $7 – spicy lamb meatballs with green lentil stew
pollo ai peperoni $6.50 – chicken thigh braised with sweet peppers and onions served over swiss chard polenta
spiedino di pollo $7 – grilled skewered chicken breast and zucchini with homemade green goddess dipping sauce
salsiccia di pollo $6 – grilled homemade chicken sausage over frisée and arugula
involtini di melanzane alla parmigiana $6 – eggplant rolls stuffed with mozzarella, ricotta, and basil, baked with tomato cream sauce, and parmigiano
fonduta $8 – fondu of fontina val d’aosta flavored with truffle oil, served with grilled vegetables and baguette
mozzarella in carrozza $6 – little fried baguette and mozzarella sandwiches with anchovy caper sauce
ratatouille marti $6 – egg poached in ratatouille (roast eggplant and zucchini with onions, peppers, tomato, basil), topped with shaved parmigiano reggiano
